Welcome! My name is Peg (Margaret) Dienhart, LMT and I'm a 2006 graduate of Blue Sky School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.
My philosophy is to inspire, nurture, and support every individual's overall health, balance, and wholeness, for those desiring a more deeply enriched lifestyle. I am passionate about providing therapy and healing modalities to all reaching out for my services. The importance of touch and communication is the very foundation of my practice. I am inspired to explore and research means of addressing concerns of those dealing with chronic issues and/or pain. Any service I provide is detailed to YOU, the client.
My experience in massage began at a young age while participating on a competitive swim team, which continued into Master's Swimming in my 40's. Working with other members of the swim team inspired me into mechanisms of providing relief from sporting aches/pains. I love to travel and have been to Europe, and played in the Mozarteum (1977), as well as traveled to Peru and worked with experts in the field of Shamanic healing via the high-mountain shamans there. Sites visited included Macchu Picchu, Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca, Amantani Island, and many many other sacred sites not normally visited by the general public.
I've also been involved with teaching massage therapy, with 6 years of experience. My passion is educating not only new students in the field of massage therapy, but also educating my clients about what root causes to problematic issues might be; recognizing issues before they develop into chronic pain; and suggesting alternatives to their own health and well-being.
In my spare time I enjoy riding my Harley, cooking (and eating), hiking, reading, researching natural means of addressing health issues, and learning inspirational methods of alternative healing.
